High-strength Connect 30/250 mounting kit, enabling adjustment of the vertical position if the screw is not perfectly plumb.

It is also used for lateral adjustment and is particularly useful when installing fences.
Resistance to lateral forces can be further increased by inserting glue between the connector and the post.
