This solution has been designed for constructions subjected to very heavy loads or constructions subjected to harsh weather conditions.
The screws are embedded in groups of 2 or 3, and connected together by a base plate made of thick steel.
This makes it possible to create supports that can bear weights of up to 3 tonnes depending on the soil conditions.

  • Advantage 1: Ideal for constructions with a low number of anchor points.

  • Advantage 2: In the case of turnkey constructions, the foundation screws can bear overloads during crane offloading.

This solution is carried out in 4 steps:

1. Making holes in the ground

2. Installing foundation screws

3. Installing base 2 and base 3

4. Drilling the base 2-3

4. Installing the construction

Step 1: Making holes in the ground

It is essential to first make a hole in the ground as this ensures that the screw will penetrate well into the soil.
Lubrication helps to position the foundation screw.

Step 2: Installing foundation screws

Our portable electric machines, in combination with a laser transmitter and receiver, are used to install the screws in a level position and do not require any specific actions.

Step 3: Installing base 2 and base 3

The ground plates are attached to the foundation screws with FIX bases 2-3 (B22) or Fix 3D bases 2-3 (B8), guaranteeing a perfectly horizontal position.

Step 4: Drilling the base 2-3

The feet of the posts are aligned and oriented on the bases 2 or 3, the holes for attaching the feet are drilled into the bases, and the feet are bolted onto the bases.

Step 5: Installing the construction

The final step of this solution consists of installing the construction on Base 2 or Base 3.
The foundation screws are buried so that they do not obstruct the passage of air around the constructions, and as they bear the weight of the entire construction, their dimensions must be calculated taking into account the permanent loads, the service load and the weather conditions.
