In very windy environments, the solution must be reinforced to make sure that the fencing is sufficiently stable.
Therefore, the preferred solution is one that is made up of two FS 750 F or FS 1000 F screws, depending on the requirements, on which a “base 2” is installed.
This base is buried 1 to 2 cm in the ground in order to give the whole thing an aesthetic look.

  • Advantage 1: This solution is resistant to very strong winds without requiring a visible strut.

  • Advantage 2: All the connectors can be half-buried so that practically only the post is visible.

This solution is carried out in 5 steps:

1. Making holes in the ground.

2. Installing the foundation screws and connectors

3. Installing base 2

4. Installing the post on base 2

5. Attaching the posts

Step 1: Making holes in the ground

It is essential to first make a hole in the ground as this ensures that the screw will penetrate well into the soil.
Lubrication helps to position the foundation screw.

Step 2: Installing the foundation screws and connectors

The foundation screws FS 750-F are positioned with the aid of our portable electric machines which, in combination with a laser transmitter and receiver, are used to install all the screws in a level position without requiring any specific actions.
Precise alignment and levelling are fine-tuned with the aid of connectors.

The screws are installed in pairs at right angles to the fence axis, at a distance corresponding to the centre distances of base 2.

Step 3: installing the base 2

Base 2 is placed on the foundation screws, and the vertical position is adjusted using thickness washers.

Step 4: Installing the post on base 2

The post is aligned with the others, and its foot is screwed to the base with the aid of four M10 bolts.

The posts can be positioned anywhere on base 2.
It is possible to install the entire system on your property and to have the fence running along between your property and that of your neighbour.

Step 5: Fastening of posts

You bolt the foot of the post to base 2.
