This structural solution, made up of galvanized steel joists and wooden battens, combines durability and flexibility.
The galvanized steel joists guarantee the durability of the layer closest to the ground, while the wooden battens make it possible to create cut-outs without the risk of damaging the anti-corrosion treatment.
The battens are attached to the joists with L60/40 brackets (adapted to the C62/3000 (E2) and C41/3000 (E1) profiles).
Advantage 1: Extremely fast mounting and increased durability of the structure.
Advantage 2: Lateral attachment of battens with the aid of suitable brackets.
This solution is carried out in 6 steps:
1. Making holes in the ground
2. Installing foundation screws
3. Installing connectors
4. Installing the bottom structure
5. Installing the top structure
6. Installing the floor
It is essential to first make a hole in the ground as this ensures that the screw will penetrate well into the soil.
Lubrication helps to position the foundation screw.
Our portable electric machines, in combination with a laser transmitter and receiver, are used to install the screws in a level position and do not require any specific actions.
Precise alignment and levelling are fine-tuned with the aid of connectors.
The galvanized steel structure is installed and bolted to the connectors with the aid of fasteners.
The wooden top structure is installed cross-wise to make the structure sufficiently rigid.
It is attached at the sides with brackets L60/40.
The final step of this solution consists of installing the floor with the aid of wood screws.
The foundations bear the load of the entire construction therefore their dimensions must be calculated taking into account the loads provided by DTU 51.4
